Joel Reuter - Bleacher Report - September 4th: "With a heavy upper-90s sinker and a high-spin cutter, Mack is extremely difficult to square up, and his arm slot adds some deception. The results have not always matched his pure stuff, as he posted a 4.67 ERA and 1.49 WHIP last spring, but the arm talent is first-round quality."
