Logan Reddemann
Ht/Wt: 6' 2"/200 lbs
Position: RHP
Team: UCLA

Logan Reddemann - Prospect Profile

Baseball America - July 8th: "Reddemann is listed at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds and throws out of an uptempo, overhead windup. He added multiple ticks of velocity during his junior season and now averages 94-95 mph with a fastball that gets up to 98-99. It’s not the most overpowering heater in the class, but Reddemann has excellent feel to throw it for strikes, move it around the plate and target the upper rail of the zone where it plays best."

Prospects 1500 - July 8th: "Transferring from San Diego to UCLA and transitioning solely to the mound has served Reddemann well. He was shut down due to arm fatigue the final weekend of the regular season, but I am proceeding with the assumption that is purely rest and not a bigger concern."

MLB -July : "His fastball now sits around 95-96 mph, and he’s touched as high as 99 mph, getting plenty of swings and misses with the pitch. In the past, his best secondary offering had been his changeup, and the 84-85 mph pitch still has the chance to be a plus offering in the future. But his go-to this year has been a hard, 87-91 mph cutter, a pitch he’s shown he can throw to both sides of the plate against both lefties and righties, with an ability to bury it on the corners."

Keith Law - The Athletic - July 1st: "A transfer from the University of San Diego, Reddemann showed plus control of a three-pitch arsenal with a 93-96 mph fastball that has late life up in the zone, a power slider, and changeup that can at least flash plus, and his command was among the best anywhere in the draft class. He has plus control — maybe plus command, too — of a 93-96-mph fastball with late life up, a power slider and a changeup that shows plus."
