Nick Dumesnil - Prospect Profile

Tyler Jennings - Just Baseball - March 24th: "Dumesnil’s highly aggressive nature doesn’t hamper his pure bat-to-ball skills a ton and he likes to punish the baseball to all fields, including hammering the gaps and showing off his plus speed. He does have some warts with spin and scouts want to see the aggression simmer down, but this is a robust offensive profile."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - March 10th: "Dumesnil profiles to stick in center. Good defender and a plus runner. He will hit for average power and be an average hitter, as well. The one concern I have about him is he did swing and miss on the breaking ball—the slider specifically."

Keith Law - The Athletic - March 4th: "Dumesnil has excellent bat speed and stays back well on pitches to maximize his time to recognize them, along with above-average power and speed that give him a chance to stick in center field and maybe end up a 20/20 guy there."
