MLB.com - July 1st: "Slawinski currently deals at 90-93 mph and touches 95 with a fastball that plays better than its velocity thanks to its riding action and the quality extension he creates. He uses two different breaking balls, with his upper-70s slider flashing two-plane depth and showing the potential to become a plus offering with more consistency than his mid-70s curveball."

Keith Law - The Athletic - July 1st: "Slawinski is a very athletic, projectable lefty with a chance for three average or better pitches now that his velocity has started to creep up. He works in the low 90s with good carry, with a low release height that adds some deception to the pitch."

Baseball America - June 25th: "He now sits in the low 90s and has pushed his fastball up to 95 mph at peak, while also mixing in a solid trio of secondaries. Slawinski has added power to his slider and now throws the pitch in the low 80s, with a slower and loopier front-end curveball that looks more like a fringe-average breaking ball."
