MLB.com - July 1st: "With a smooth left-handed stroke and a disciplined approach, Fauske has a history of hitting against both high school and showcase competition. He rarely chases pitches or swings and misses, though he can get too passive at times."

Keith Law - The Athletic - July 1st: "He does use his lower half well, and seems to have solid hand-eye coordination, so the ingredients are here for him to hit for average and for power with some adjustments to his approach. He’s a slightly above-average runner and may end up pushed to a corner as he fills out, although he should start his pro career in center."

Baseball America - June 25th: "While moving off the position could hurt Fauske’s profile with some teams, he was always viewed as a risk to stick at catcher, and his offensive upside warrants excitement even as an outfielder or first baseman. He has a smooth, rhythmic lefthanded swing with good balance, impressive plate coverage and a high contact rate."
