Cooper Flemming - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - July 1st: "He employs a simple setup at the dish with good mechanics and a solid approach and could be an above-average hitter at the next level. There's raw power in there for him to tap into as he learns to add some loft, with some thinking it could be average pop in the future if he can add strength to his lean frame."

Keith Law - The Athletic - July 1st: "He’s a left-handed hitter who uses the whole field well, potentially getting to average power when he fills out. He hits with little-to-no load, however, which likely explains his very low whiff rates (including just 8 percent on fastballs in tracked events in 2024-25) but isn’t conducive to driving the ball."

Baseball America - June 25th: "Flemming flashes pull-side power at times but he’s a hit-over-power offensive profile at the moment with a physical frame that could lead to above-average raw power in the future. Flemming is a reliable defender with solid hands and above-average arm strength that should allow him to stick on the left side of the infield, though his fringe-average range and larger build might make him a better long-term fit at third base."

Tyler Jennings - Just Baseball - March 24th: "A left-handed bat with considerable projection to his frame, Flemming can really, really hit. His swing is simple and quiet with legitimate bat speed, tight turns, and barrel manipulation, covering the zone very well."
