Anthony Eyanson - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - July 1st: "Eyanson's slider has become his best pitch during his first season in Baton Rouge, parking at 82-85 mph and eliciting empty swings in and out of the strike zone thanks to its tremendous depth. His upper-70s curveball has been solid but hasn't enticed hitters to chase nearly as much as his slide piece has."

Keith Law - The Athletic - July 1st: "He has an easy, athletic delivery, and he works with a plus slider that has a really sharp downward break that hitters have missed more than half the time they’ve swung at it, along with a straight changeup that’s effective but that he doesn’t use that often. He even has a 12/6 curveball, possibly a spike, that was around average most of the year but was really sharp in his Super Regional outing against West Virginia."

Baseball America - June 25th: "Eyanson has a 6-foot-2, 210-pound frame with great strength in his lower half. He’s a powerful mover on the mound who repeats his high three-quarters slot nicely and attacks hitters with a four-pitch mix. Eyanson throws his fastball in the 92-94 mph range and will touch 98."
