Baseball America - July 1st: "Lewis is a standout athlete and lefthanded-hitting shortstop with a 6-foot-2, 195-pound frame. He had a 4-for-8 showing at the 2023 Area Code Games, then came out early this spring with more strength and quicker hands while dominating Prep Baseball Report’s Super 60 Pro showcase athletic testing."

MLB.com - July 1st: "He can get overly pull-happy as he looks to tap into more power and comes with some swing-and-miss concerns. He tends to tinker with his batting stance, but if everything comes together, he could develop into a .260 hitter with 20 homers per season."

Joe Doyle - Future Star Series - March 18th: "Offensively, he's shown an aptness to cover all four quadrants with a line-drive swing and some pull-side power. The swing can get flat on pitches above the belt, though he feasts in the lefty-loop zone low-and-inside."
