MLB.com - July 1st: "Bell plays quicker than his average speed and covers ground to both sides. He's a smooth defender who can execute throws from any angle with solid arm strength. He also has a good internal clock and the athleticism to play all over the diamond if he becomes more of a utilityman than an everyday player."

Joe Doyle - Future Star Series - March 18th: "Bell will be on the older side for this class turning 19 years old just a month before the draft, but he's been one of the more consistent bats and gloves across this class for a couple years now. He's a masher with an opposite field approach."
