Baseball America - July 1st: "Mobley has continued to make strides over the years and is now one of the younger pitchers in the 2024 class with a 6-foot-6, 200-pound frame and a fastball that has been up to 99 mph this spring. He’s a hard-throwing righthander who is consistently in the mid 90s, meaning he doesn’t require much projection to get to a plus fastball."

MLB.com - July 1st: "At 6-foot-6, lengthy and lean, Mobley screams projection with plenty of now stuff to interest scouts. He’s growing into a plus fastball, a heater that has crept up to touching 99 mph early in outings this spring. He lives in the 92-93 mph range now and it features more movement than carry because of a slightly lower slot."

Joe Doyle - Future Star Series - March 18th: "Mobley is a really athletic righty with long, lean limbs, plenty of projection and *now* stuff. The fastball has been clocked up to 93, his athleticism easily holding 90 mph over outings of at least 60 pitches."
