Position: 2B/SS/3B
Team: TCU

Brayden Taylor - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - May 19th: "He's not afraid to work deep counts and controls the strike zone well. Though he has sacrificed some batting average while looking to pull and drive more balls this spring, most scouts still consider him a hit-over-power guy with the bat speed and projectable strength to provide 20-25 homers on an annual basis."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - May 11th: "Impact was a bit of a question mark with Taylor entering the season as a corner profile, and he has hit a career-best 15 home runs this spring, but he’ll need a strong finish to the season to get back into consideration for the top half of the first round."

Jim Callis - MLB.com - May 4th: "Scouts wanted to see more pop from Taylor, who has responded by ranking second in the Big 12 Conference with a career-best 14 homers but also has seen his average slip to a career-low .268."

Prospects Live - April: "He's long been a quality college performer with a high walk rate and solid juice in the bat, as well as handling velocity and producing tons of contact. He's also a premier defender at the hot corner and has a cannon of a right arm."
