Zach DeLoach - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - May : "More of an average runner in the past, DeLoach flashed some plus times from home to first this spring. That helps his chances of staying in center field, though his so-so instincts likely will land him on a corner. His average to solid arm should fit in either left or right field, positions that will increase the demands on his bat."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - May 13th: "DeLoach has a solid all-around tool set, but perhaps no plus tools. He has always shown a solid approach with good discipline at the plate, but scouts think he might have a bit of a grooved swing without a ton of bat speed."MLB.com - May : "More of an average runner in the past, DeLoach flashed some plus times from home to first this spring. Athlon Sports - Mar. 10th: "More than almost anyone on this list, his draft fate will be determined by how he hits this spring."Prospects Live - Mar. 24th: "Simply put, Zach Deloach was awful for Texas A&M in 2019. Slashing .200/.318/.294 across 56 games. But he changed his swing on the Cape, going from a leg kick, to a simpler toe tap, and absolutely exploded to lead the league in average with a .353/.428/.541 line, with 5 wood bat home runs and stole 8 bases!"

JJ Cooper - Athlon Sports - Mar. 10th: "More than almost anyone on this list, his draft fate will be determined by how he hits this spring."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - Jan. 31st : "DeLoach opened eyes and radically improved his draft stock over the summer with an excellent stint in the Cape Cod League, where he hit .353/.428/.541 with five home runs and eight stolen bases."
