MLB.com - May : "Lange usually pitched around 94-95 mph this spring, featuring some run and sink at lower velocities and less life at the higher end of his velocity range. He also features power with a slider that's very inconsistent and ranges from a well below-average sweeper to a plus pitch in the mid-80s with much more bite."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - May 13th: "Lange has all of the foundational pieces to be an impact arm at the next level. He’s tremendously athletic with easy, high-octane velocity and lots of natural life on the pitch as well. With a 6-foot-4, 191-pound frame, it would be easy to see him add more weight and maintain his fastball velocity deeper into games and more consistently."
