Gage Workman - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - May : "Overall, he's power over hit and needs to cut down on his strikeouts, work more counts and take more walks to become a more well-rounded offensive player. He's a solid-to-average runner, maybe a tick better underway, and he moves better than you'd think."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - May 13th: "A switch-hitter, Workman has better bat speed and more power from the left side. There’s some swing-and-miss to his approach, but he’s got plus raw power that will show better in games when he gets more experience."

Prospects Live - Mar. 24th: "At 6-foot-4, he sports a long, slender frame, which screams plus raw power just waiting to be tapped into. He has shown this power at times from both sides of the plate, but definitely could be making more use of it in games."

JJ Cooper - Athlon Sports - Mar. 10th: "Workman has massive tools. He has some of the best power in the draft class and one of the best arms."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - Jan. 31st : "His tools are loud, with plus running ability, above-average power potential and one of the strongest infield arms in the country. Offensively, Workman has a chance to offer power and speed from the left side of the infield, which has plenty of value, but his strikeouts have been concerning in the past."
