Alika Williams - Prospect Profile

MLB.com - May : "Even in high school, Williams showed the ability to control the strike zone and make consistent contact from the right side of the plate. He doesn't swing and miss much, and walked more than he struck out during his sophomore year. While power will never be a huge part of his game, he has added some strength and showed extra-base ability last year with the Sun Devils and with wood in his hands for USA Baseball."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - May 13th: "His solid-average arm plays up because of his footwork and quick exchange. Williams controls the strike zone well, walking more than he struck out during his college career, and his hands work well at the plate."

Athlon Sports - Mar. 10th: "His arm is only average, which is a little bit of a limiting factor at shortstop, but his feet and hands work so well that he should be able to stay at the position as a pro."

Carlos Collazo - Baseball America - Jan. 31st : "The bat is a bit lighter, but Williams started to hit for a tick more power as a sophomore and he’s walked (46) more than he’s struck out (45) over two seasons with Arizona State."
