Sean Reid-Foley's Player Profile

Fastball –Reid-Foley’s fastball generally sits in the 90-92 range, and he’ll occasionally touch 95 with some tail on the pitch.

Curve – The improvement in Reid-Foley’s breaking ball is the main reason why his draft prospects have gone up so much since this summer; looking more like an above-average to plus offering than the average curve ball he threw over the spring with good depth and spin.

Change – It has some diving action, but it’s really just a show-me pitch at this point.

Command – Over the summer, Reid-Foley has attacked hitters and threw strikes and generally hit his spots, though again, that wasn’t really the case over his junior season. He repeats his delivery well though, with a clean arm action from a three-quarter’s slot.
